Former ambassador, he occupied various positions in Arab States, India, Central Asia, Balkans and the United States.

He also acted as an expert in defense and security (Disarmament, European defense) in Paris, Washington D.C and Vienna (OSCE). He also took part of the economic diplomacy and region globalization support mechanism.
